Dan has 15 years of diverse experience in HVAC and Plumbing Engineering across JDB’s target markets.  As Manager of the Mechanical Engineering Department, he is primarily responsible for resource management, staff training and development, design standards, and quality control.  Dan understands the value individuals contribute to the overall team and routinely leads by example by doing what it takes to meet an objective.  His dedication sets the standard for the department and cultivates a skilled and motivated workforce focused on optimizing project execution, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

Dan finds fulfillment by balancing his professional commitments with sports, beach outings, and travel.
