Timothy A. Warren, PE, LEED AP is President of JDB Engineering. Tim holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed mechanical engineer.
Tim has 30 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management. His experience includes projects for manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare, and commercial/corporate clients.
In addition to building mechanical systems engineering, Tim is well-versed in sustainable design with a focus on energy efficiency. Tim embraces the importance of Design Professionals to society and is passionate about providing strong project leadership and cultivating the next generation of subject matter experts to move the profession forward.
Over the years, Tim has been an active member in several organizations including the Green Building Institute, Baltimore Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers. Additionally, Tim has served as a board member for the York Day Nursery, United Way volunteer, member of the Pennsylvania Society for Health Facility Engineers, board member and coach for Spring Grove Little League Baseball, and coach for Spring Grove Legion baseball and Spring Grove youth basketball. Tim enjoys time with his family and the never-ending pursuit of his next favorite fishing spot.
