Thomas E. Leary, PE is executive vice president, director of operations, and director of mechanical engineering, with responsibility for the HVAC, plumbing/process and fire protection departments. He also serves as project manager. Tom is a licensed mechanical engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and has 20 years experience in mechanical engineering and project management. A member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, he is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Program. Tom has served as project manager on several major projects for York College of Pennsylvania including the new Little Run Dormitories, Humanities Building / Performing Arts Center, Life Sciences Building, and Grantley Hall Expansion. He also served as project manager for the York County Day School expansion, Baltimore Ronald McDonald House, Unilife cleanroom expansion, Baltimore’s Wills Street Wharf tower, expansion of the Upper Allen Township municipal building, and major new chilled water plant for West Pharmaceutical.
